What Happens After an Alert

  1. Open the PetOffers app.
  2. Check the alert time and latest location.
  3. Start live tracking if it is available.
  4. Check the gate, doors, garden, and your pet's usual hiding places.
  5. Take the phone with you as you search.

If your pet is missing, contact local shelters, neighbors, veterinary clinics, and the microchip registry as appropriate. The tracker is one part of a wider search plan.

  • Turn off phone settings that block urgent background notifications.
  • Keep the tracker charged.
  • Check that the device has mobile coverage.
  • Test your safe zone before relying on it.
