Petoffers Terms of Service
1. Definitions and Scope
“Petoffers,” “we,” or “the Company” refers to the entity that operates the Petoffers brand, website, online store, and related services.
“Services” refers to the Petoffers website, mobile applications, online store, account features, subscription or membership services, promotional activities, customer support, content, tools, and other features related to Petoffers products or services.
“Products” refers to pet-related goods sold or provided through Petoffers, including but not limited to pet supplies, accessories, smart pet devices, consumables, supplements, or other pet-related products.
If certain products or services are accompanied by supplementary terms, such supplementary terms shall form part of these Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict between the supplementary terms and these Terms of Service, the supplementary terms shall prevail with respect to the relevant products or services.
2. Eligibility

6. Shipping, Delivery, and Transfer of Risk

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address and contact information. You may be liable for any delays, returns, or additional charges resulting from an incorrect address, no one available to sign for the package, refusal of delivery, failed customs clearance, or your failure to cooperate in a timely manner.
Product delivery, tracking, and shipping services may be provided by third-party logistics providers. We will reasonably assist in resolving delivery issues but shall not be liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party logistics providers beyond the requirements of applicable law.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, returns and exchanges may not be accepted for products that have been used, damaged, are missing accessories, exceed the return period, are customized, are unsuitable for return due to hygiene or safety reasons, or are marked as non-returnable on the product page.
If a product has quality issues, was damaged during shipping, or was shipped incorrectly, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving the item and provide necessary information such as your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos so that we can verify and address the matter.

If your pet exhibits unusual behavior, is injured, shows signs of illness, or is in an emergency situation, please contact a licensed veterinarian or your local emergency animal medical facility immediately. Do not rely solely on Petoffers products, content, or services to make medical or safety decisions.
You should use products in accordance with product labels, instructions, applicable age ranges, applicable weight ranges, warnings, and veterinary advice. For pet food, nutritional supplements, grooming products, wearable devices, or smart devices, please pay special attention to risks such as allergies, accidental ingestion, improper wear, device damage, battery safety, connection interruptions, and environmental limitations.
If Petoffers provides features such as location tracking, activity monitoring, health trends, AI analysis, or smart alerts, such results may be affected by how the device is worn, network connectivity, sensor limitations, the pet’s size, environmental conditions, data input, and algorithmic models, and may be subject to errors, delays, or interruptions. These features should not be used for life-saving purposes, emergency location tracking, or as a substitute for professional veterinary judgment.
13. User Content, Reviews, and Feedback
You may submit reviews, images, videos, comments, questions, pet profiles, feedback, or other content. You must ensure that the content you submit is truthful and lawful, does not infringe upon the rights of any third party, and does not contain illegal, abusive, discriminatory, misleading, pornographic, violent, spam, or other inappropriate content.
You retain all legal rights to the content you submit. However, when you submit or publicly post content to Petoffers, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to display, reproduce, edit, translate, publish, distribute, use for marketing purposes, improve our services, or for any other reasonable purposes related to Petoffers’ business.
If you provide us with suggestions, ideas, or feedback, you agree that we may use such feedback without restriction, without any obligation to compensate you or maintain confidentiality.

Except as expressly stated in our applicable warranty policies, product pages, or as required by law, we make no express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, continuous availability, error-free operation, complete accuracy, or that the services or products will meet your specific needs.
We do not guarantee that the website, app, device connectivity, location services, reminders, recommendations, data analysis, AI results, inventory, delivery, or third-party services will always be accurate, timely, secure, uninterrupted, or error-free.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Petoffers and its affiliates, employees, service providers, suppliers, or partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, costs of substitute goods or services, or indirect losses resulting from decisions regarding a pet’s health or behavior.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Petoffers’ total liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Service, the Products, or the Services shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you to Petoffers during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; if you have not paid any fees, then such liability shall be limited to $50. Certain jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain liabilities, so the above limitations may not apply to you in full.
19. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Petoffers and its affiliates, employees, service providers, and partners from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms of Service, unlawful use of the Service, submission of Content, infringement of third-party rights, misuse of the Products or Services, or any actions taken under your account, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Upon termination, the provisions of these Terms of Service that by their nature are intended to survive termination will remain in effect, including those regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, and general provisions.

22. Force Majeure
Petoffers shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations resulting from events beyond its reasonable control. Such events include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, war, terrorist acts, riots, government actions, pandemics, strikes, transportation disruptions, energy or material shortages, cyberattacks, payment system failures, logistics disruptions, or the unavailability of third-party services.
